Our Approach
We understand that caregiving comes with its own set of challenges and responsibilities. Our “routines based”model works within your family’s existing daily routines to maximize natural communication opportunities throughout the day. We follow your family’s lead and tailor our approach to your family’s communication priorities.
Family Centered
Children learn through play. Play skills inform communication skills. For pediatric clients, we provide exposure to materials which allow imagination and exploration to create communication opportunities in a fun and relaxing environment. We believe all play is ok and will take your child’s lead.
Play Based
Our approach takes into account each client’s unique emotional and nervous system regulation, sensory, and movement needs as well as different learning styles. We strive to meet our clients where they are to help them meet their communication goals.
